The Redstone Company Advises EnerFORGE in its acquisition of Southern Ontario renewable generation portfolio

The Redstone Company is proud to announce that it acted as the Strategic Advisor for EnerFORGE and the Ottawa Renewable Energy Co-Op on their acquisition of a portfolio of 12 renewable energy assets totalling over 2,500 kW of capacity in Bruce County, Ontario. This was an extremely exciting opportunity for the consortium to acquire a high-quality Enercon E-82 Wind Turbine outside of Kincardine, Ontario. The asset has a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Ontario Independent Energy System Operator (IESO) and a fully-wrapped operations and maintenance agreement with Enercon.
