The Redstone Company Advises Real-Flex Solar Corp. on Solar Portfolio Sale

The Redstone Company is proud to share the closing of the sale of a 1,250-kW DC solar portfolio by Real-Flex Solar Corp. to the Skyline Clean Energy Fund for $7.3M CAD, on August 26, 2022. This high-quality portfolio of Southern Ontario solar projects has three FIT 1.0 contracts, with 12 years of contract life remaining, and it generates enough electricity to power approximately 176 homes each year.

The Redstone Company acted as the Strategic Divestiture and Transaction Management Consultant to Real-Flex Solar Corp.
